Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join our team in Monterrey on a hybrid model. You will drive observability, incident response, and platform reliability across AWS infrastructure and modern tooling.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with New Relic, AWS CloudWatch, Terraform, Docker, and scripting in Unix environments, plus strong leadership and collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related areas.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional and technical teams.
• Ability to support reliability, availability, and operational excellence in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Observability & data: shape and analyze data with New Relic, AWS CloudWatch, Athena for quick debugging.
• Incident leadership and RCA/Blameless postmortems, load and stress testing using k6 and JMeter, backup/restore validation.
• AWS networking and services expertise (VPC, ALB, CloudFront, ECS, S3, Lambda, Secrets Manager, WAF).
• Platform/infrastructure: Terraform, Docker, DNS, TLS, Unix shell scripting, and Git.
• Programming/runtime: Node.js, PHP, Python, and Bash; lead teams across functions.
