Accenture in Monterrey, MX is seeking a Senior Platform / DevSecOps Engineer to lead automation, infrastructure, and engineering practices across the organization. The role focuses on platform automation, security and CI/CD optimization, and technical leadership for the engineering teams.

You will mentor engineers, design IaC with Terraform on AWS, and collaborate with Product Owner for planning and delivery. This hybrid role requires advanced English and presence in Monterrey or Mexico City.

Competenze

• Advanced English is mandatory for collaboration with global teams.
• Experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, DevSecOps, or automation environments.
• Ability to contribute to technical and architectural decisions and provide leadership.

Mansioni

• Lead design and implementation of reusable GitHub Actions and platform automation at enterprise scale.
• Own infrastructure as code using Terraform/HCL on AWS.
• Manage infrastructure for GitHub Enterprise including networking, VPCs, and EC2.
• Drive security and compliance initiatives (SAST/SCA, Veracode, SonarQube, CodeQL).
• Improve CI/CD, release automation, and operational practices.
• Establish and improve operational processes (PagerDuty, runbooks, SLAs, change management).
• Promote AI-assisted engineering workflows using Claude Code and GitHub Copilot; establish patterns and guardrails.
