Payoneer in CDMX, Mexico is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline across Latin America. You will identify high-potential prospects, collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing, and expand our reach through multi-channel outreach.

You will tailor messaging for cross-border payments and workforce management, conduct discovery calls, surface opportunities, and book qualified meetings with Business Development Managers or Partnerships.

Formación

• 2–4 years in an SDR/BDR role in fintech, SaaS, or B2B financial services.
• Experience working with SMBs, exporters, or digital platforms.
• Proficiency in outbound tools and CRM platforms; strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create and optimize ICP-based outreach across multi-channel campaigns.
• Qualify prospects, conduct discovery calls, and book meetings for BDMs/Partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure lead handoff and messaging consistency.
