Job summary

OEC Group in Guadalajara, Mexico is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support clients' quoted rates in our system and ensure billing automation accuracy. You will create, update, and maintain rate data, coordinate with account executives, and generate internal reports to identify changes for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in international business or related; ~1 year logistics data entry experience.
• Experience with data entry and improving processes; effective internal communication.
• Basic knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and sales processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and enter data on a regular basis to update client rates.
• Coordinate with account executives and sales support to ensure accuracy.
• Generate internal reports to pinpoint changes for customers.
• Maintain Excel reports to track KPIs.
• Audit accounts to ensure information matches across platforms.
• Assist other departments to ensure system supports billing functions.
