Job summary

No healthcare experience needed; training provided. The role offers a hybrid work model in Guadalajara with a monthly salary of 16,500 MXN gross plus benefits including an 8% savings fund and 1,000 MXN monthly food vouchers after two months.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
• Strong verbal communication and confidence on the phone.
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Healthcare, medical office, or subscription-based support experience is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Guadalajara.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient calls with professionalism and empathy
• Schedule appointments across multiple clinic locations
• Help patients find the right provider, location, or service for their needs
• Triage calls efficiently and ensure patients are directed appropriately
• Answer questions clearly and confidently while providing an exceptional customer experience
• Collect and update patient information accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Assist with incoming patient referrals and related documentation
• Maintain accurate records while following established procedures
• Support patients throughout the scheduling process and help remove barriers to care
• Contribute as a reliable teammate in a fast-paced healthcare environment
