WK Kellogg Co in Querétaro is seeking a Service Excellence Intern to support KPI tracking and meeting preparation, helping drive performance improvements in a hybrid setup.

You are a current bachelor’s student in Industrial Engineering, fluent in English and Spanish, with strong MS Office skills, and you will balance 25–30 hours per week.

This role offers hands-on experience in operations and process improvement while contributing to governance and efficiency projects within GBS.

Qualificações

• Student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken & written).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Has active medical coverage.
• Available to support 25–30 hours per week in a hybrid model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

Responsabilidades

• Track and update KPIs to measure progress.
• Prepare and organize monthly operations meetings with up-to-date data.
• Analyze KPI trends and help define action plans.
• Join the Innovation & Improvement Committee to drive new ideas.
• Create and update process flowcharts for clarity and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste in GBS operations.
