Cummins México is seeking a North America Payroll Manager to lead the payroll team within Cummins Services – HR Operations in San Luis Potosí. You will oversee cross‑border payroll processes and ensure compliance with US and Canadian regulations while coordinating with IT, Finance, and HR.

This role requires at least five years of payroll leadership, strong experience with ADP Global View, SAP, Kronos/ADP eTime, Oracle HCM, and advanced English.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a team of payroll analysts.
• Strong knowledge of US and Canadian payroll regulations and labor laws.
• Minimum five years’ experience in a Payroll Leadership role.
• Experience with Payroll/Time & Attendance/HR ERP systems, preferably ADP Global View, SAP, Kronos/ADP eTime and Oracle HCM.
• Experience in ADP Smart Compliance (Garnishments).
• Experience with in-house, large payroll processing and complex payrolls.

Responsabilidades

• Drive consistent processes across assigned countries and standardize global/regional payroll.
• Analyze technologies and processes to drive improvements and change initiatives.
• Oversee payroll for assigned countries ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and leverage approved technology aligned to objectives.
• Plan and execute daily payroll processes including expatriate payroll administration.
• Collaborate with HR Ops, IT, Finance and other functions for data flow and reporting.
• Provide SME guidance on payroll requirements, system integrations and configurations.
