Bombardier is seeking a Student, Human Resources Business Partner - HRBP in Aerospace Mexico (B.A.M). The role targets individuals currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in psychology or related fields who want to grow in HR and gain practical experience within a global aerospace environment.

Responsabilidades

• You will support HRBP.
• You will follow up on assigned client requirements.
• You will develop events and work sessions.
• You will follow up on a customer engagement plan.
• You will collaborate with focus group sessions.
• You will generate designs for communication/notices/reminders.
• You will run team diagnostics.
• You will carry out 360° evaluations.
• You will generate presentations.
• You will execute Voluntary Resignations Process
