Bombardier seeks an Intern in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) to support project documentation, meetings and reporting in Aerospace Mexico (B.A.M).

The role emphasizes English communication, coordination with stakeholders, data analysis and auditing preparation, with opportunities to engage in environmental and health, safety initiatives.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Advanced level of English, with effective communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).

Responsabilidades

• Support preparation and updating of project documentation.
• Participate in project follow-up meetings.
• Monitor tasks and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Support preparation of progress reports and executive presentations.
• Identify project risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Keep project documentation organized and up to date.
• Assist internal communications related to projects.
• Support planning, execution, and monitoring of HSE projects.
• Collect and analyze data related to KPIs.
• Assist in preparing documentation for audits.
• Update environmental aspects and risk assessment matrices.
• Participate in hazardous waste management processes.
• Contribute to health, safety, and environmental campaigns.
• Help develop and improve management system procedures and templates.
• Assist in handling nonconformities and corrective actions.

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience

• You have a degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• You have an advanced level of English, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• You have basic knowledge of project management tools, such as Microsoft Project.
• You demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
• You have basic knowledge of ISO 4501 and ISO 14001 standards.
• You can work with data, prepare reports, and present key findings.
• You demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• You have an advanced level of English and can participate effectively in business meetings with colleagues from sites outside Mexico.
• You have previously participated in environmental management or Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) projects.
• You have knowledge or experience participating in internal audits.
