Bombardier Mexico is seeking a student in the final semesters of a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources to join the Organizational Development team. You will help coordinate orientation for new hires, update training materials, and assist with reports.

This temporary student role offers exposure to talent management projects, event coordination, and data analysis, with opportunities to develop communication and teamwork skills while supporting a comprehensive

Formación

• You are currently studying in the final semesters of a degree program in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• You have an advanced proficiency level of English.
• You are interested in organizational development and talent management.
• You have effective communication and teamwork skills.
• You hold the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• You have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.
• You hold a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage the logistics of orientation for new hires.
• Create and update training materials, as well as orientation materials for new employees.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports related to organizational development.
• Assist in coordinating cultural and professional development events and activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects within the department.
• Provide administrative support to the Organizational Development team.
