Bombardier in Aerospace Mexico (B.A.M) seeks an Intern for Program Project Control on a temporary basis. You will support project execution planning and coordination under the Project Control Analyst, and may lead small work streams while gaining governance experience.

The ideal candidate is a new graduate engineer with basic knowledge of project execution and strong organizational, time-management, and computing skills (MS Office, Excel, Project). Training and development are provided.

Formación

• New graduate engineer with some experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of project execution.
• Excellent organizational, time management, foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilities.
• Self-motivated, autonomous, enthusiastic and results oriented.
• Good computing skills; MS Office, MS Excel and MS Project experience is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Support project execution planning and coordination with Project Control Analyst.
• Lead low-impact project execution work streams.
• Register key project activities and actions through governance.
• Define tracking tools for project work streams inputs.
• Track project spends against SAP budget and actuals.
• Support governance packages project status.

What are your contributions to the team?

In your role, you will:

• Support with a project execution planning and coordination with the support of the Project Control Analyst
• Lead low impact project execution work streams
• Register key project activities and actions through specific governances
• Define specific tracking tools for the different project works streams inputs
• Track project spends registered at the project SAP budget and actuals
• Support with governance packages project status

How to thrive in this role?

As our ideal candidate,

• You are new Graduate Engineering preferable with some previous working experience
• Basic knowledge of project execution
• You have excellent organizational, time management skills, foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilities;
• You are self-motivated, autonomous, enthusiastic and results oriented;
• You have effective problem-solving skills with ability to make good decisions to move projects along to meet or exceed the targets;
• You have good computing skills; proficient in MS Office and experience with MS Excel and MS Project is an asset.
