Job summary

Bombardier in Mexico is seeking a Student, Human Resources Business Partner to support the HRBP function, engage with clients, and help design communications and events. Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor degree in Psychology, Organizational psychology, Administration or similar.
• Interested in developing in the HR area.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of office software.
• Schedule availability.
• Competencies: confidentiality, emotional intelligence, follow-up and attention to detail, flexibility.

Responsibilities

• You will support HRBP.
• You will follow up on assigned client requirements.
• You will develop events and work sessions.
• You will follow up on a customer engagement plan.
• You will collaborate with focus group sessions.
• You will generate designs for communication/notices/reminders.
• You will run team diagnostics.
• You will carry out 360° Evaluations.
• You will generate presentations.
• You will execute Voluntary Resignations Process.
