Bombardier Transportation GmbH in Mexico is seeking an Intern for Health, Safety and Environment (HSE). The role supports the preparation and updating of project documentation, participates in meetings, and coordinates with stakeholders to ensure timely task completion.

You will assist in progress reports, risk identification, and audits, while promoting HSE awareness. The position offers a pathway to develop strong organizational, analytical, and teamwork skills, with exposure to ISO 45001 and

Formación

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Advanced level of English for effective communication both verbally and in writing.
• Basic knowledge of project management tools like Microsoft Project.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the preparation and updating of project documentation.
• Participate in project follow-up meetings.
• Monitor tasks and coordinate with stakeholders for timely completion.
• Support the preparation of progress reports and executive presentations.
• Identify project risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Keep project documentation organized and up to date.
• Support internal communication activities related to projects.
• Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of HSE projects.
• Collect and analyze data related to KPIs.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
• Update environmental aspects and risk assessment matrices.
• Participate in hazardous waste management processes.
• Contribute to health, safety and environmental campaigns.
• Develop and improve management system procedures, work instructions, and templates.
• Support nonconformities, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience

• You have a degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• You have an advanced level of English, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• You have basic knowledge of project management tools, such as Microsoft Project.
• You demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
• You have basic knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• You can work with data, prepare reports, and present key findings.
• You demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• You have an advanced level of English and can participate effectively in business meetings with colleagues from sites outside Mexico.
• You have previously participated in environmental management or Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) projects.
• You have knowledge or experience participating in internal audits.
