Epicor seeks an HR Operations Analyst to support the HR team by leading projects, process improvements, and automation. You will work in a global, fast-paced environment to develop solutions and support HR operations.

The role involves onboarding management for new/temporary hires and internal transfers, data accuracy, and integration of acquisitions into HR processes. A SOX/audits focus will be part of the remit.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert and Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR to manage onboarding for new/temporary hires and internal transfers.
• Provide hands-on support across processes, reporting, and data.
• Review existing processes to identify scope for reengineering.
• Assist in Employee Data Management and audit HR data for accuracy.
• Conduct orientation sessions with new hires.
• Support integration of new businesses into Epicor HR Operations during acquisitions.
• Oversee employee file audits and SOX audits with local counsel as needed.
• Monitor emails and respond to questions from employees, hires, and hiring managers.
