Epicor is seeking an IT Recruiter to deliver strategic and tactical recruiting for assigned client organizations and requisitions. You will partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, source, attract, and screen a diverse slate of candidates to meet job requirements.

You will manage multiple locations and collaborate with HR COEs, screen candidates via phone, and post ads on job boards and social media. Strong English communication and familiarity with ATS tools are essential.

Formación

• Prior experience working in IT recruit ment (developers, functional, IT roles) and understanding development technologies.
• Ability to handle a workload up to 20+ requisitions at a time.
• Ability to negotiate and close offers.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• LinkedIn Recruiter and OCC experience.
• Excellent English written and verbal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Source and screen candidates using Internet resources, including social media, applicant tracking system, employee referrals, career fairs, networking and direct contact.
• Act as a resource for internal employees interested in applying for positions within the organization.
• Educate hiring managers on overall hiring process.
• Communicate and coordinate with HR COEs and other stakeholders involved in the hiring process.
• Conduct phone interviews to qualify candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers.
• Work with various department hiring managers, in various functions and in multiple locations.
• Update and maintain the Epicor Applicant Tracking System.
• Prepare job advertisements to be posted on job boards, internal ATS, and social media sites.
