Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production support or SRE roles.
• Experience resolving complex issues in live applications and services.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP status codes, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2-3 application and production support, investigating and resolving complex technical issues.
• Troubleshoot REST APIs and integrations, including HTTP errors, response codes, latency, and connectivity issues.
• Manage production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Analyze Kubernetes and container logs to identify application failures, performance bottlenecks, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Monitor application performance using APM tools and distributed tracing platforms, preferably Dynatrace.
• Identify recurring incidents and contribute to permanent fixes, automation, and continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate with development, SRE, DevOps, and platform engineering teams to troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Use Python or Node.js to understand application behavior, analyze logs, and support troubleshooting or automation tasks.
• Maintain incident documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Follow established incident management, escalation, and service management processes.
