Job summary

Coforge Mexico is seeking a proactive, ownership-driven support professional to own production incidents end-to-end, perform root cause analysis, and drive postmortems to prevent recurrence.

You will troubleshoot Unix/Linux and SQL, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and communicate timely updates to stakeholders while working a hybrid schedule in CDMX or Guadalajara (4 days per month in the office).

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in incident management and RCA.
• Experience troubleshooting Unix/Linux and SQL in production environments.
• Hybrid role in CDMX or Guadalajara; attend office 4 days per month.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
• Perform root cause and postmortem analysis for critical incidents.
• Troubleshoot application and system issues using Unix/Linux and SQL.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide timely updates.
• Take end-to-end ownership of issues and drive them to closure.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational excellence.
