Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Experience in accounts receivable or deductions management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of settlements.
• Verify documentation supporting deductions.
• Identify trends in deductions and pricing issues.
• Manage deduction balances and verify documentation.
• Research credit balances and collect unauthorized deductions.
• Monitor repayment status and report KPIs.
• Drive improvements in the deduction process.
• Collaborate with internal departments and customers.
• Support audit processes.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned.
