Benchmark Gensuite is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Associate in Aguascalientes, Mexico for a full-time hybrid role. You will combine strong technical guidance with excellent customer service to support diverse clients, document findings, and drive ongoing satisfaction and growth across a portfolio.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a technical or administrative field, with 1+ year of relevant experience and proficient English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or administrative field or equivalent.
• 1+ year of relevant customer service experience.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to changing schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialized technical guidance and troubleshooting support to customers
• Document technical findings, recommendations, and action plans to facilitate long-term customer support
• Support Leadership team to drive customer satisfaction and growth among a portfolio of customers
• Support drafting business requirement documentation for project specifications related to business analysis
• Develop understanding of clients’ operations and systems
• Support unit leads with administrative tasks for customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer expectations
