SAP is hiring an IT Technology Services Specialist for a 24 month contract. This entry-level hybrid role is located in Mexico City or Monterrey with three days in the office weekly, designed to grow in a global IT delivery environment.

You will manage server landscapes on Windows and Linux, gain cloud administration experience, and drive automation using AI and modern tooling while collaborating closely with internal customers and global teams.

Formación

• Two years of experience with cloud-based services.
• Working knowledge of programming languages such as C++, Java, HTML, Python, and PHP.
• Foundational understanding of AI to leverage data-driven insights.
• Eagerness to learn and a structured, customer-focused approach to technical support.

Responsabilidades

• Conceptual design, configuration and administration of server landscapes with focus on Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Cloud administration responsibilities.
• Drive innovation to automate and standardize operations using AI and automation tools.
• Collaborate with server management units in Global IT IS.
• Align with internal customers and partners.
