SAP is hiring an IT Technology Services Specialist for a 24 month contract. This entry-level hybrid role is located in Mexico City or Monterrey with three days in the office weekly, designed to grow in a global IT delivery environment.

You will manage server landscapes on Windows and Linux, gain cloud administration experience, and drive automation using AI and modern tooling while collaborating closely with internal customers and global teams.

Meet your team:

BIO Americas is responsible for 24x7 Ops of important and critical SAP systems and applications embedded in an international delivery approach.
As part of BSS team, the “Cloud Platform enablement” team is focusing on shared infrastructure services.

As IT Technology Services Specialist you are responsible for:

• Conceptual design, configuration and administration of server landscapes with focus on Windows and Linux Operating systems
• Cloud administration skills
• Drive innovation to optimize, automate and standardize the operational delivery processes using Agentic AI and automation tools.
• Strong collaboration with server management units in the Service Centers of Global IT IS
• Strong alignment and close cooperation with internal customers and partners

Requirements of the role:

• Strong eagerness to learn and bring a structured, customer-focused approach to technical support and problem solving.
• Thrive in team settings, communicate clearly, and consistently uphold a positive customer service attitude.
• Two years of experience with cloud-based services along with the adaptability to work across different platforms.
• Working knowledge of programming languages such as C++, Java, HTML, Python, and PHP to aid troubleshooting and automation
• Foundational understanding of AI to leverage data-driven insights and emerging technologies
