ng-voice GmbH in Mexico City seeks a Deployment Engineer to guarantee smooth delivery of cloud-native solutions. You will collaborate with pre-sales and product development to align client needs with product requirements and support deployments from lab to production.

The role focuses on Linux systems, complex networking, 4G/5G/IMS, and Kubernetes, with opportunities to improve automation and incident management. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• Experience with Linux machines for setup and admin.
• Proficient with complex networking incl. routing, switching, firewalls, and load balancing.
• Hands-on knowledge of telecom systems (4G/5G/IMS).
• Kubernetes administration experience.
• Debugging/tracing with Wireshark.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver client deployments with high- and low-level design and integration.
• Plan lab, test, and production environments for deployments.
• Install and configure cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes.
• Automate deployment processes to speed up operations.
• Maintain and monitor deployments ensuring stability.
• Provide 2nd-level support and incident analysis.
• Coordinate customer requests and disseminate client information.
• Unlock operational efficiency in deployment and support procedures.
