The role requires 3–8+ years in cloud operations (AWS, Linux) with Kubernetes expertise, plus Terraform and CI/CD experience. The position offers a hybrid in‑office arrangement in Mexico City, with flexible access to teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or equivalent.
• 3–8+ years of cloud operations or system administration.
• Strong expertise in AWS, Linux/Unix, and Kubernetes (EKS/EKS‑A).
• Experience with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting for automation.
• Excellent communicator in global, cross‑team environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to large‑scale deployment and automation projects.
• Maintain documentation and support second‑line operational excellence.
