The Coca-Cola Company in Mexico seeks a Manager, Communications & Change Management to drive communications, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of digital transformation across the operating unit.

You will develop plans, coordinate learning and change activities, and partner with business leaders, HR, Product teams, and Global Digital Services to ensure effective delivery and long‑term adoption of new digital capabilities and ways of working.

Formación

• 5–8+ years of experience in communications, change management, or related fields.
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation or digital initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience developing communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training materials.
• Familiarity with stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and adoption planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and other collaboration tools.

Responsabilidades

• Execute communication and change management plans for digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop messaging, presentations, newsletters, and engagement campaigns.
• Coordinate with leaders, Product, HR, and Global Digital Services.
• Conduct stakeholder mapping and engagement planning.
• Support change impact assessments and adoption planning.
• Coordinate training programs and user enablement activities.
• Prepare governance reports, updates, and progress communications.
• Partner with HR and Learning to build capability.
• Promote continuous improvement of communication and change practices.
