Colgate-Palmolive in Mexico City is seeking a Collections & Deductions Analyst to join the Order-to-Cash team, overseeing customer balances and deductions for top accounts in the US and Canada. Based in Mexico City, you will protect cash flow and support revenue integrity in a fast-paced environment.

You will analyze deductions, collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Credit, and Customer Development, and drive process improvements while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Deductions Management.
• Demonstrated experience performing root-cause analysis and portfolio risk assessment.

Responsabilités

• Manage portfolio customer balances, issue past-due notices, and implement strategic collection approaches to drive timely payments while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Analyze, dispute, and clear open deductions across GTN promotions, vendor compliance, pricing, and inventory categories within strict deadline parameters across multiple portals.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on AR balances and recurring deduction issues to optimize collection rates and improve cross-functional workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, Credit, and Customer Development teams to align on account strategy and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Prepare monthly cash estimates, perform payment reconciliations, and maintain tracking tools to ensure data integrity and full audit compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating existing processes and leveraging data engineering insights for cross-functional decision-making.
