Aon plc in Mexico City is seeking an administrative analyst to join the Risk Control team. The role focuses on technical and administrative support, including client report review, invoicing, revenue allocation, and data management across multiple databases.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in administrative or engineering fields and 3+ years of relevant experience, with strong Excel and MS Office skills. Fluency in English is essential, and French is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in administrative or engineering areas.
• 3+ years of experience in administrative duties with data analysis and reporting.
• Sophisticated and fluent English written and spoken; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical and administrative support to the Risk Control department in North America.
• Review and format client reports, manage revenue allocation and invoicing.
• Populate databases and support tools and resources used by Aon.
• Perform quality control of internal and client documents, reports and presentations.
• Coordinate onboarding of Risk Control colleagues and support time management data entry.
