ICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation dedicated to bringing new medicines to patients faster. As an Accounts Payable Associate (Entry Level) in a hybrid role in Mexico City, you will manage financial transactions and ensure accurate records to support ongoing clinical trials.

You will process invoices, reconcile payables, liaise with vendors, and help maintain up-to-date financial data while developing your accounting skills in a collaborative, inclusive

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (preferred).
• 6–12 months of accounts payable or related financial experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with vendors and internal teams.
• English proficiency (Advanced).

Responsabilidades

• Process and verify invoices in accordance with policies.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding payments.
• Prepare and process payments (checks, electronic transfers, wire transfers).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and invoices.
