ICON plc is a world-leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization based in Mexico supporting pricing for investigator services from a remote home-based setup. You will analyze fair market value, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure pricing aligns with budgets and contracts.

The role requires 1–2 years of pricing/financial analysis, strong Excel skills, and the ability to interpret complex data.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in financial analysis or pricing analysis.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to pricing and fair market value.
• Strong data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel about 5%.

Responsabilidades

What You Will Do:

You will contribute to pricing and investigator payments activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough analysis to identify fair market value pricing for investigator services based on study requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to negotiate pricing terms and ensure alignment with study budgets and contractual agreements.
• Maintaining documentation and records related to investigator pricing in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Providing support and guidance to internal teams on pricing-related matters and resolving inquiries from stakeholders.
• Contributing to the development and enhancement of pricing strategies and processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

Your Profile:

You will bring relevant pricing and investigator payments experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, pricing analysis, or related roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to pricing and fair market value.
• Strong perceptive skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)
