The role includes month-end closing support and collaboration on process improvements within a hybrid workplace.

Ideal candidates will contribute to accurate financial reporting, maintain organized documentation, and prepare management-ready reports while supporting AP/AR tasks as needed.

Formación

• Experience with general accounting activities and journal entries.
• Account reconciliations and financial analysis experience.
• Tax compliance documentation and schedules familiarity.
• Month-end and year-end closing process involvement.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Accounting team with daily general accounting activities.
• Prepare and enter journal entries into the accounting system.
• Assist with account reconciliations and analysis of financial information.
• Support tax compliance activities, including documentation and schedules for tax filings.
• Review and organize accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks as needed.
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets for management review.
• Collaborate with team members on special projects and process improvement initiatives.
