Epicor in Monterrey is seeking an Accounting Intern to support daily accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, tax compliance, and month-end close.

You will learn in a collaborative environment, work with Excel, and gain hands-on experience across financial reporting, AR/AP, and process improvements while developing English communication and problem-solving skills.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a university degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Accounting team with daily general accounting activities.
• Prepare and enter journal entries into the accounting system.
• Assist with account reconciliations and the analysis of financial information.
• Support tax compliance activities by gathering documentation and preparing schedules for tax filings.
• Review, organize, and maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks as needed.
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets for management review.
• Collaborate with team members on special projects and process improvement initiatives.
