Epicor is seeking an Expense Reports Intern in Monterrey to support the Accounting Team with travel expense audits, data entry in Kinetic, and expense report processing in Contpaq. You will assist with customer service and manage the travel mailbox.

No prior audit experience is required; you will be trained on Epicor policies and tax requirements. The role emphasizes Excel skills, good English, and a service-oriented mindset.

Formación

• Intermediate Excel skills.
• 70% English.
• Very good attitude of service.
• Very responsible and open to learning.
• Very good communication skills (be able to communicate with employees).
• No experience in auditing expenses is needed (trained on Epicor policies and tax requirements).
• Attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Accounting Team with travel expense audits in Navan expense tool.
• Book transactions in the Kinetic System.
• Book expense reports in Contpaq.
• Provide customer service and manage the travel mailbox.
