Epicor is hiring an Expense Reports Intern to support the Accounting Team in Monterrey. You will assist with travel expense audits in Navan, book transactions in Kinetic, and process expense reports in Contpaq, while delivering strong customer service and timely mailbox responses.

Ideal candidates have intermediate Excel skills, good English (about 70%), a proactive service mindset, and excellent communication. Training will be provided; prior auditing experience is not required.

Formación

• Intermediate Excel skills.
• 70% English.
• Very good attitude of service.
• Very responsible and open to learning.
• Very good communication skills (be able to communicate with employees).
• No experience in auditing expenses is needed (he/she will be properly trained on Epicor policies and tax requirements from the Local Authority).

Responsabilidades

• Assist with travel expense audits in Navan expense tool.
• Book transactions in Kinetic System.
• Book expense reports in Contpaq.
• Provide customer service and manage the travel mailbox.
