• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
• 8+ years HR experience with strategic leadership.
• Advanced English (B2+ or higher) required.
• Data-driven with HR analytics experience.
• Experience with HRIS or people analytics tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR strategy design and execution to impact performance and culture.
• Ensure performance management is deployed consistently and calibrations drive improvement.
• Develop employees' skills for the future and bridge current to future workforce needs.
• Maintain relationships with ambassadors and the company.
• Be a credible advocate for employees as a People Advocate.
• Create and implement health and safety regulations.
• Become legal representative for HR authorities and ensure compliance.
• Support employees so they can do their best work and promote wellbeing.
• Supervise administrative HR activities including hiring, promotions, relocations, and terminations.

Requirements

JobResponsibilities
