Solvo Global Careers is seeking an HR Generalist to support U.S.-based operations from our team in Mexico. The role covers employee relations, compliance, onboarding/offboarding, and partnering with operations leaders to foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualified candidates will have advanced English (C1) and a minimum of three years in HR, with experience in U.S. HR processes and local HR activities, plus strong communication and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Formación

• Advanced English (C1) written and spoken.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience: 2 years supporting U.S.-based HR operations and 1 year local HR processes.
• Experience in employee relations, workplace investigations, and HR compliance activities.

Responsabilidades

• Support HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave administration, performance management, talent management, employee engagement, and training.
• Partner with Operations Managers on employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and U.S. employment regulations, including I-9 audits and documentation.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, employee inquiries, and various HR projects.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

Are you an HR professional with experience supporting U.S.-based operations? Do you enjoy employee relations, compliance, and partnering with business leaders to drive a positive workplace culture? We're looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join a dynamic team supporting operations across the United States.

What You'll Do

Support HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave administration, performance management, talent management, employee engagement, and training.

Partner with Operations Managers on employee relations matters, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.

Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and U.S. employment regulations, including I-9 audits and documentation.

Support onboarding, offboarding, employee inquiries, and various HR projects.

Act as a trusted HR business partner while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Required Qualifications

Advanced English (C1) written and spoken.

Minimum 3 years of HR experience:

• At least 2 years supporting U.S.-based HR operations.
• At least 1 year supporting local HR processes.
• Employee relations
• Workplace investigations
• HR compliance activities

Strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.

Nice to Have

Experience in the healthcare industry.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
