Job summary

Gi Group Mèxico is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support labor relations, recruitment of engineering roles in a manufacturing setting, and payroll administration within a 100% digital, flexible environment in Torreón, Coahuila. The role emphasizes organizational communication, project management, and talent analytics.

You will work in a multicultural, inclusive team, with strong emphasis on wellness programs and compliant HR processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in labor relations
• Experience recruiting engineers in a manufacturing environment
• Strong organizational communication skills
• Experience with compensation and benefits
• Project management experience

• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of IMSS law
• Payroll knowledge
• Negotiation with suppliers

• Experience with Tress System or similar

Responsibilities

• Staff registration, Management of personnel systems (Workday and Tress).
• Requisitions and follow - up to invoices
• Medical expenses registrations and follow ups
• Compensation and benefits analysis
• Market analytics
• Performance management cycle
• Financial headcount budget
• Ensure and maintain employee population’s engaged to CS CONNECT
• Ensure organizational social media posts in a proper manner
• Ensure transparent and effective salary recruitment processes
• Implements and promotes the company’s wellness initiatives to support employees’ physical, mental, emotional and nutritional well‑being.
• Manages the savings fund process in a timely, compliant, and accurate manner
• All the responsibilities and follow the authority assigned according to the FTM-EHS-12 Roles,
• Responsibility and Authority Matrix from ISO 14001 /45001
• Complies with policies and procedures pertaining to facility or divisional adopted standards such as
• IATF 16949.

Experience in the Area
