Job summary

MARSILLI MEXICO is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations for MX and US operations. The role focuses on compliance with Federal Labor Law, payroll, and safety practices while aligning HR processes with company policies.

You will collaborate with the HR Coordinator on staff selection, training initiatives, and events, ensuring effective communication and a positive organizational culture across sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Human Resources in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of Federal Labor Law, onboarding, recruitment and payroll processes.
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene practices.
• Fluent English.
• Labor relations knowledge.
• Experience with IMSS and INFONAVIT.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR Coordinator with recruitment for Mexico and US.
• Onboard new employees to company policies, procedures, regulations, and benefits.
• Support internal communications, organizational culture, and initiatives.
• Support Safety and Hygiene processes.
• Assist in coordinating company events.
• Support in resolving labor conflicts and maintaining employee relations.
• Provide high-quality advice to Management on daily employee relations and performance issues.
• Support travels coordination.

• Assist HR Coordinator with the onboarding of new employees to the company policies, procedures, regulations, and additional benefits.
• Provide support for internal communication, organizational culture, and company initiatives for the best practices- Support with Safety and Hygiene processes.
• Assist the HR Coordinator in coordinating company events.
• Support in the resolution of labor conflicts and maintain effective communication with employees.
• Provide high-quality advice and service to Management on daily employee relations and performance Management issues.
• Support with Travels coordination.
• DESIRE PROFILE:- BS Accounting, Business Administration.
• Fluent English.
