Marsilli Mexico is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Querétaro. The role requires at least two years of HR experience in the automotive industry, with knowledge of Federal Labor Law, onboarding, recruitment, payroll, and safety/hygiene processes.

You will support onboarding, internal communications, culture initiatives, safety programs, and HR events. Strong communication skills and experience with labor relations are essential.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years in Human Resources Automotive Industry.
• Knowledge of Federal Labor Law, onboarding, recruitment, and payroll processes.
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene.
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills.

• Support resolution of labor conflicts and maintain employee relations.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

• Assist HR Coordinator with the onboarding of new employees to the company policies, procedures, regulations, and additional benefits.
• Provide support for internal communication, organizational culture, and company initiatives for the best practices- Support with Safety and Hygiene processes.
• Assist the HR Coordinator in coordinating company events.
• Support in the resolution of labor conflicts and maintain effective communication with employees.
• Provide high-quality advice and service to Management on daily employee relations and performance Management issues.
• Support with Travels coordination.
• DESIRE PROFILE:- BS Accounting, Business Administration.
• Fluent English.
• Labor Relations.
• Knowledge of IMSS, INFONAVIT.
• Organizational Development knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Contact management software (Lotus Note, ACT or similar).
• Open to add some additional tasks to be part of the job description.
