Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sustainability, administrative, industrial or related engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in similar manufacturing roles.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and relevant HSE regulations in Mexico (SEMARNAT, STPS, PROFEPA).
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor HSE performance and KPIs in assigned area.
• Identify, document, and track corrective/preventive actions from audits and incidents.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement action plans to mitigate risks.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe behaviors with root-cause analysis.
• Maintain and improve the site's integrated management system to ISO standards (ISO 14001, 45001, 50001).
• Design and deliver awareness campaigns and training to promote HSE culture.

Monitor health, safety, and environmental performance. Review and refine metrics to align with evolving operational goals and regulatory requirements.Establish a structured framework for identifying, documenting, and tracking corrective and preventive actions resulting from audits, inspections, incident investigations, and risk assessments.Perform detailed risk assessments using methodologies. Develop and implement targeted action plans to eliminate or mitigate identified risks, ensuring alignment with operational priorities and safety culture goals.Coordinate and conduct investigations of incidents, near misses, and unsafe behaviors. Use structured methodologies to identify contributing factors and root causes. Document findings clearly and develop corrective actions that address systemic issues.Maintain and continuously improve the site’s integrated management system to meet ISO standards (ISO 14001, 45001, 50001). Promote employee engagement and ownership of system elements.Design and launch awareness campaigns, training programs, and engagement activities that promote a strong HSE culture.
