Job summary
Freudenberg is seeking an HSE Engineer in Queretaro to develop and implement safety and environmental programs within a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on compliance with Mexico laws and ISO standards while driving continuous improvement in safety performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental or a related field with a chemical background.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in automotive or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and IATF 16949.
- Legal and regulatory compliance experience for Mexico safety/environment.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver safety & environmental trainings.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental legislation and other requirements.
- Manage safety risks and life cycle aspects (ISO standards).
- Implement, maintain, and lead the HSE system.
- Prepare and update HSE documentation; support audits and KPI reporting.
