Mubea Mexico is seeking an HS&E Coordinator to support plant personnel in Environment, Health and Safety. The role focuses on creating a culture of safety and environmental awareness across all levels to meet health and environmental objectives.

You will ensure legal compliance with Mexican standards and lead internal safety programs, audits, and incident investigations while promoting ergonomic practices and safe work procedures at the Celaya site.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced English.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Experience in risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Experience leading safety training programs.
• Knowledge of Mexican health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with STPS, Civil Protection, Profepa, Semarnat, PAOT and other agencies in health, safety, and environment.
• Auditing: ISO 14001 and ISO TS 16949, industrial safety, risk prevention.
• Handle emergency in plant, attend to injured people, investigate accidents and incidents.
• Environmental control, time and motion studies, ergonomics.
• Extensive knowledge of safety equipment.
