Mubea Mexico is seeking an HS&E Coordinator to support plant personnel in Environment, Health and Safety. The role focuses on creating a culture of safety and environmental awareness across all levels to meet health and environmental objectives.

You will ensure legal compliance with Mexican standards and lead internal safety programs, audits, and incident investigations while promoting ergonomic practices and safe work procedures at the Celaya site.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced English.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Experience in risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Experience leading safety training programs.
• Knowledge of Mexican health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with STPS, Civil Protection, Profepa, Semarnat, PAOT and other agencies in health, safety, and environment.
• Auditing: ISO 14001 and ISO TS 16949, industrial safety, risk prevention.
• Handle emergency in plant, attend to injured people, investigate accidents and incidents.
• Environmental control, time and motion studies, ergonomics.
• Extensive knowledge of safety equipment.

Our international standards are based on our technological developments and the most important objectives of the automobile industry: the sustained reduction of fuel consumption and emission levels.## Job summaryResponsible for providing support and advice to all plant personnel in the area of Environment, Health and Safety, ensuring the process of culture and awareness in the plant at each level to meet the objectives of health and environmental safety.## Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsuring legal compliance with all STPS, Civil Protection, Profepa, Semarnat, PAOT and any other government or non-government agency in matters of health, safety and environment, in any plant in Mexico.Knowledge of Mexican Standards, internal auditor of the system ISO 1400, ISO TS 16949, Industrial safety, risk prevention, emergency in plant, attention to injured people, investigation of accidents and incidents, environmental control, time and movement, ergonomics.
