Lear For You in Mexico (Chihuahua) seeks an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety leader to maintain a strong EHS culture and ensure compliance with applicable laws and Lear policies. Lead plant-level safety initiatives, audits, and MASS-related activities while coordinating risk assessments to protect people and assets.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree required.
• 3+ years of experience as EHS Leader in manufacturing.
• English proficiency at least Intermediate.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate annual EHS plans, define measurable objectives, report progress.
• Develop accident prevention plans and lead implementation at the plant.
• Implement and monitor the Safe Machine Program.
• Develop the annual Safety Plan with Plant Management.
• Participate in accident investigations and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Support MASS committees and evaluate MASS risk programs.
• Conduct risk assessments to protect assets and facilities.
• Determine training plans based on risk levels for safe job performance.
• Ensure compliance with MASS legislation and audit requirements.
• Support 5S program and participate in audits.
• Develop action plans to improve frequency/severity rate trends.
• Implement and execute Human Resources initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Lear Corporation policies, Quality and Environmental policies.
• Assist during external inspections and audits; ensure ISO 14001, CTPAT, ISO 45001 compliance.
