Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc (CVG) is seeking an HRIS Coordinator to administer and optimize the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting. You will support HR operations, onboarding through offboarding, and compliance documentation while partnering with IT, Payroll, and Finance to maintain scalable HR systems.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, 2–4 years in HRIS or HR analytics, and strong Excel/reporting skills to translate workforce

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2–4 years in HRIS, HR operations, payroll systems, or similar.
• Strong data management and analytical skills for actionable insights.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• System administration and data integrity across HRIS, payroll, and benefits.
• Develop standard and ad hoc HR reports and analytics for leadership.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, Finance to support integrations, upgrades, and testing.
