Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides clients with telephone and online support.
• Analyzes and troubleshoots product/service issues and escalates as needed.
• Assists in developing support plans for clients.
• Engages with prospects and clients to understand Payroll, Time & Labor Management, and HRIS needs.
• Participates in discovery sessions to define requirements.
• Keeps up to date on product features and releases.
• Acts as a subject matter expert internally and with customers.
• Contributes to delivery best practices leveraging implementation experience.
