ContourGlobal in Monterrey is seeking an HRIS Intern to join our Global HR team. You will report to the HRIS Coordinator and assist with maintenance, improvements, analysis, and optimization of HR systems and employee data.

Formación
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, data analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent English is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
Responsabilidades
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT on HRIS projects.
- Configure, test, and deploy changes to HRIS systems.
- Support data entry, validation, auditing, and cleanup.
- Help generate standard and ad hoc HR reports.
- Assist with testing system updates and new functionality.
- Document HRIS processes and user guides.
