Chemours is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join our team at the LA-MX-Plaza_Carso Site. In this role you will manage Workday tickets, create user guides, oversee HRIS SharePoint content, and drive year-end HRIS activities to ensure compliance and data integrity.

You will configure Workday, participate in testing, and support HRIS projects with documentation and coordination across stakeholders. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years’ relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 2 years’ direct experience supporting HRIS systems (Workday).
• Ability to develop and maintain system documentation (QRGs).
• Experience managing HRIS SharePoint sites and documentation.
• Experience in compliance audits and year-end HRIS activities.
• Solid Workday configuration and testing understanding.
• Strong organization, problem-solving and customer-service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.

Responsabilidades

• Ticket Management: handle Workday user tickets with timely resolution.
• QRG Management: create and maintain user guides for Workday.
• SharePoint Site Management: maintain HRIS SharePoint site accuracy.
• Year-End Activities: lead HRIS year-end processes and reporting.
• Compliance Audits: perform routine audits for data integrity.
• Configuration Testing: test Workday configuration changes and document results.
• Basic Project Support: assist HRIS projects with documentation and implementations.
