Chemours is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join our team at the LA-MX-Plaza_Carso site. You will manage Workday tickets, maintain QRGs, and oversee SharePoint content while supporting year-end HRIS activities and audits.

The role requires 2+ years in HRIS (Workday), strong documentation skills, and proficient MS Office/SharePoint use. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. We offer a competitive package and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or 5+ years’ relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main point of contact for Workday-related user tickets and document resolutions.
• Create and maintain Workday QRGs and user documentation.
• Oversee HRIS SharePoint site content and organization.
• Lead year-end HRIS processes including reporting, audits, and documentation.
• Perform routine compliance audits to ensure data integrity.
• Assist with testing Workday configurations and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Support HRIS projects by gathering requirements and documenting processes.
