Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc (CVG) seeks an HRIS Coordinator to administer and optimize the HRIS, ensure data integrity, and deliver accurate reporting. You will support HR processes, manage user access, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to implement enhancements and ensure compliance.

Requirements include a bachelor’s in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field and 2–4 years in HRIS or analytics, with advanced Excel skills and attention to detail.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–4 years experience in HRIS, HR operations, payroll systems, or analytics.
• Strong data management, attention to detail, and cross-functional communication.

Responsabilidades

• Administer daily HRIS operations including data maintenance and access management.
• Audit data integrity across HR, payroll, and benefits systems.
• Update workflows and document processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop standard and ad hoc HR reports; support leadership data requests.
