Serves as member of the HR/ER Ops Shared Services organization, providing advanced support to employees, managers, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence. This position is responsible for managing complex ER transactions, resolving escalated employee inquiries, driving process improvements, ensuring compliance with company policies, based in our SDC, such as but not limited to: Terminations, Attendaces and Accomodations cases, RIF support, reporting, amoung others.
The role operates with significant independence, serving as a subject matter expert (SME) and providing guidance, coaching, and support while delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
The HR Support IV serves is responsible for handling complex ER Ops transactions, employee inquiries, and process escalations while ensuring compliance with company policies and service level agreements, based on the following Catalog service: Terminations, Attendance and Accommodation cases, employment records, RIF, among others.
This role provides operational expertise, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and acts as a subject matter expert (SME) for HR processes across the sites in Mexico.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Individual contributors who provide organizational related support or service (administrative or clerical) for other members within the organization. The majority of time is spent in the delivery of support services or activities, typically under supervision.
Seasoned individual contributor who provides assistance and training to lower level employees. Performs a wide variety of non-routine clerical and administrative tasks and may support special projects or assignments. Works under limited supervision.
Works to deliver day-to-day objectives with significant impact on achievement of results for the job area Work involves obtaining or providing information or data requiring some explanation or interpretation. Work consists of tasks that are typically not routine.
Makes minor changes in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area. Expected to independently propose solutions to problems for manager review.
Communicates typically with internal and external contacts. Obtains and provides information on matters of moderate importance to the job area.
Responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area.
Requires broad practical knowledge of operational systems such as Tress System/WD, bilingual and Microsoft office packaging, minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
