Medtronic in Tijuana, Mexico, is hiring for an HR/ER Operations Specialist to provide advanced support to employees, managers, HRBPs, and Centers of Excellence. You will handle complex ER transactions, ensure policy compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service within the HR Shared Services framework.

The role demands a SME approach with coaching and guidance responsibilities, supporting continuous improvement and HR processes across sites in Mexico.

Formación

• Requires broad practical knowledge of operational systems and HR processes.
• Bilingual necessary (English/Spanish) and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provides centralized human resource administration and support across HR processes.
• Collaborates to establish operational standards and respond to employee and manager questions.
• Manages Terminations, Attendance, and Accommodation cases, and Severance calculations.
• Performs turnover and absenteeism reporting.
